ProSino.Name provides authentic Chinese name generation services for international clients. Our naming methodology is based on the Three Powers Twelve Palaces (三才十二宫) framework, a scholarly Chinese naming system refined over 1,500 years and presented in the book My Chinese Name.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe.
Payment is due at the time of order. For L3 Master and L4 Legacy, consultations and custom delivery work are scheduled only after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.
Our Content: All content on the ProSino.Name website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, naming algorithms, the name generation engine, PDF report templates, and the "ProSino.Name" brand, is our exclusive property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Generated Names: Once you receive a Chinese name through our Service, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use that name for personal or professional purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the naming reports, analysis, or methodology.
User Content: By submitting information (English name, preferences, etc.) to our Service, you grant us a limited license to use that information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Chinese name selection is ultimately a personal and cultural decision. Our Service provides suggestions based on traditional methodology, but we make no claims regarding the spiritual, legal, or practical effects of any name.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSino.Name and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to ProSino.Name in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
You may discontinue using the Service at any time. No refunds will be provided for termination initiated by the user, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
