Refund Policy by Service Tier

L0 Seeker Free

The L0 Seeker tier is completely free. No payment is required, and therefore no refund is applicable.

L1 Listener $9.99

7-Day Satisfaction Window: If you are not satisfied with your L1 Listener name toolkit, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, email hello@prosino.name with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

L2 Insighter $99.90

7-Day Satisfaction Window: If you are not satisfied with your L2 Insighter analysis report, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, email hello@prosino.name with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

L3 Master $999

14-Day Satisfaction Window: L3 Master clients receive an extended 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.

This tier includes:

  • Three complimentary revision rounds
  • One-on-one consultation with a senior naming consultant

We encourage you to use your revision and consultation before requesting a refund. If after the consultation and revision process you remain unsatisfied, a full refund will be issued.

If the consultation has already been conducted, the refund amount may be reduced by the consultation fee component disclosed during order confirmation.

L4 Legacy $9,999

L4 Legacy is a bespoke enterprise service. Refund, cancellation, and milestone terms are confirmed in writing before the project begins.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@prosino.name with the subject "Refund Request — [Your Order Reference]"
  2. Include your full name, the email address used at purchase, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Cancellation Policy

L1/L2 Instant Tiers

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if cancellation is requested before the paid toolkit or report has been accessed or delivered. Once delivered, the standard 7-day refund window applies.

L3/L4 Custom Tiers

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if cancellation is requested before consultation or custom work has started. Once consultation or enterprise work has started, any non-refundable service component will be handled according to the written order confirmation.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@prosino.name before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in the suspension of your ProSino.Name account.
